Managing Director
Victor brings enormous experience of SME business management and builds on his experience of taking over and re-structuring other businesses for growth. Victor counts the rest of the team as the firms biggest asset. Bioflame has been nurtured to reflect the high customer service standards of a top hospitality business - rare in the engineering sector but fundamental to Bioflames main business model - joint venture. Like the other members of the team, Victor views Bioflame and the renewable energy sector as much as a calling as a business opportunity. He sits on the Associate Parliamentary Sustainable Resource Group which is a cross party advisory panel that advises Government on waste and energy matters.
Having worked on the city LIFFE market for merchant banks Hill Samuel and Nomura International as a Financial Futures Trader, Victor has a wealth of experience of high level trading as well as working under pressure. He left the city to take over his family hotel business fourteen years ago and has developed its business into being one of the busiest small hospitality businesses in the country. He Chairs the Northern Committee of the BHA, the main lobby for the hospitality and leisure industry as well as sitting on the National Executive. He also was the sole small business representative on the Government’s Foot & Mouth Task Force, The Hartwell Group.
