BBC Focus Award 2009 for Bioflame's Technical Director

BBC Focus Awards are dedicated to innovators and inventors judged by a distinguished panel to be the best of the best picked from a short list compiled by the BBC Focus Science & Technology Magazine
Focus Magazine drew up a short list of amazing new inventions and recruited a panel of judges (Sir James Dyson, Lesley Gavin - Futurologist at BT, Richard Nobel - Thrust SSC and Jem Stansfield - leading inventor). The panel picked out Bioflame's Technical Director, Matthias Grundmann as one of the winners for 2009. Matthias was thrilled to be recognised in this way - especially as nobody at Bioflame had a clue about the competition before the certificate arrived in the post. BBC FOCUS MAGAZINE
