Legislation is the biggest driver of the waste business.  In many but not all cases, it is also the biggest barrier to speedy installation. Depending on your specific site and waste type, a number of different rules and regulations may be applicable.  It is our practice to involve all stakeholders (local authority, Environment Agency, DEFRA, local groups etc) early in the procedure in order to smoothly move to the successful conclusion of a planning and permitting procedure.
